Your Way to 2k

Your Way To 2k – is a fun programme to help improve fitness, stamina and also mental health with the aim being for children to complete 2km by week 6. Children must be accompanied by an adult and we will encourage them to also take part in the hope they will continue to motivate each other to be active once the programme has finished. However, if they can’t due to medical reasons then we do ask them to stay in the park. We will meet on the car park opposite to Preston North End were there will be a consent form to complete before we start.
