New Circuit Training on Saturday Mornings

EXCITING NEWS!!

From Saturday 2nd March, I am planning on starting ‘Saturday Circuits’ classes at Tanterton Village Centre. This class will strengthen, tone and build your cardio endurance!!!

The class will not be as extreme as Metafit (let’s face it, that’s only 20 minutes!) but this 45 to 50 minute class is guaranteed to make you sweat!

Suitable for beginner to advanced, men and women, each week the class will be different. Some weeks I may use equipment, other weeks it will be bodyweight training. I’ll mix it up – to keep you guessing!

Unlike Sherwood School, in order for these classes to take place I need at least 10 people to block book the 5 week course.

Saturdays – 8.15am – 9.15am – Tanterton Village Centre, Tanterton. Preston PR2 7BX (very near the Guild Merchant Pub).

5 weeks at a discounted rate of £18 – that’s less than £4 a class! Once I have enough block bookings, people can come PAYG for £4 per class.
